The company was established in 1897, when Giuseppe Didone started a commercial enterprise which quickly joined the most qualified industries in the output of these goods. The early production consisted in decors for bicycles and motorcycles (one million marks for bicycles produced in 1925!), later followed by transfers for typewriters, airplanes and agricultural machines.

In 1962 the company moved from the old seat in Milan to Baranzate di Bollate and was located in a new factory provided with the most technologically developed machines. After the standstill caused by World War II, the development of the company continued in the post-war period and was based on a process of technological renovation in the fields of materials and printing-machines. Many years were dedicated to projects and tests with the cooperation of technicians and specialists. That allowed the production to be extended to new fields: transfers on china, glass, enamelled iron and different kinds of cloth. The company succeeded both in increasing production and in having interesting prospects of development and was capable to beat its most qualified foreign competitors.

Nowadays the factory in Baranzate has improved both its plants and its administrative management and carries out a complete manufacture going from sketches to final products immediately available on the domestic and foreign market. Then our company can trust the future and can be sure to reach new and brilliant results in a more and more competitive market.
